On behalf of
DirectMail.io, I wanted to send a personal message to let you know that we are concerned with the health, safety, and welfare of our employees, and are taking the appropriate precautions to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
We are actively monitoring the situation and assessing risks, and are ready to make immediate changes to ensure a high level of safety. With that being said, we have implemented a plan for the majority of our employees to work remotely. They will still be able to service your account and provide the same great support as we have in the past.
As many of our clients also use our direct mail services, I want to let you know that we are following the US Postal Service closely and understand that they have no plans on shutting down. The USPS is following strategies and measures recommended by the CDC and public health departments.

The CDC provides the latest information at
www.coronavirus.gov about the virus. We wish you all good health, and thank you for continuing to place your trust in our business. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Thank you and stay safe,
Shawn Burst
